Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership within our healthcare organization. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience serving as an executive or administrative assistant, or comparable support role.
  • Previous executive assistant experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency.
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level, day-to-day support to an executive leader, managing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Coordinate and optimize complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and key organizational initiatives.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems to ensure seamless operations.
