Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Healthcare Recruiter and play a vital role in connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our patients and communities. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from developing innovative sourcing strategies and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and guiding new hires to onboarding. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to understand workforce needs, attract top clinical and non-clinical talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to our people and mission.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year professional-level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years or more of professional-level experience in a recruiting role.
- Experience in other functions of Human Resources
